The Mexican Omelet or Skillet

Chorizo sausage, avocado, jalapeño peppers, fried jalapeño, onion, cheese, Pico de Gallo, and chipotle mayo on the side. Omelets served with hash browns or fresh fruit and a choice of pancakes or toast. Skillets served with 2 eggs any style, hash browns on it, and a choice of pancakes or toast.
